pimping of an old vmos amp

Hi,

I'm upgrading an old VMos Amp originally built with 2SK134 (3off) and 2SJ49 (3off) transistors.
I intend to replace this transistors with BUZ900D and BUZ905D.
I've already put the whole schematic into LTspice in order to adapt the circuitry to the higher supply voltage. Before +-48V. Now +-60V.
I've had a lot of googling for the spice models but perhaps I've used the wrong search words - nil; no link to useful spice models.

Has anybody got a link to these models or better the models itself?
