changeing caps kenwood ka-7090

ive recently bought a kenwood ka7090r amp and i feel i need to replace the caps its very in ya face i want to try and smooth the sound out a bit any suggestions on what caps i should use.also the input selector keeps jumping when i select other sources anything i can do to stop this ?? thanks any help would be great
