10/04 I have some extra boards. I will have kits available again shortly, when I receive more 1500 uf caps.
To simplify my record keeping and try to improve accuracy, I've set up a
PayPal shopping cart for purchase of boards and kits. You can use a credit card even if you have no

Be sure to select a shipping option. In the US, most orders will fit in the Priority Mail envelope (up to 4 PSU kits). Outside the US, I can fit 10 boards or 6 boards and a power supply kit into a small GPM envelope. Small quantities of 100 nf will fit as well. If you have more than one PSU kit, you'll need the large envelope for up to 4 psu kits. If in doubt, email me and I'll figure out shipping cost.

I ordered enough PSU and filter boards and parts to cover all confirmed orders, plus a few spares. There are a few unpaid confirmed orders. Boards not paid for by April 24will be available.
All PSU kit parts have been ordered.
Between the time we ran the prototypes and now, Mouser decided that they didn't want to sell the chosen transistors in small quantities. There are alternatives, but they are lower voltage devices which will not have as broad uses. So, in 10 days be the proud owner of 10,000 BC546C and 10,000 BC556C from Fairchild (minus the 500 or so of each for the group buy)
So if your project calls for a TO-92 transistor and would benefit from higher gain and lower noise than the usual suspects drop me a line. These are suitable for the Leach amp front end, for example. Just watch the pin out - it is reversed from MPSA types so it goes in the opposite of the silkscreen.
These wonderful devices can be yours. $5.00 for 50 $10 for 150 plus postage. I'll split that between the types if you'd like. Higher quantities mean lower prices. Makes great stocking stuffers for your audiophile friends!
POWER SUPPLY
Discrete rectification and regulation, positive and negative supplies on one 80x100mm board. Voltage selectable by changing resistors or voltage reference. Not a "Super-Regulator" but stable, quiet power.

Status 4/6
Jens did some testing today in the current configuration (just capacitive input filter) and the regulator works well with just 15V input.
The group buy transformers are back to 15V.
Also there were a couple of minor changes to the layout that I will post later. They were:
Added two film capacitors to the output. (they had been dropped initially when Jens made room for the bigger output caps.)
Rotated the input and output terminals 90 degrees to allow easier access.

Shipping will be USPS priority mail/ Global Priority Mail. Check to see if your country accepts global priority mail. So far I think this only affects the member in Greece. We'll discuss shipping in private.
Parts kit will include all parts (resistors, capacitors, semiconductors and terminals) needed for +/-15V. The parts kit does not include transformers or heat sinks.
- (change 4/4) Parts kit pricing is $20.25. Includes all parts in Jens' BOM except heat sinks and Trim pots. Electrolytics will be Panasonic FC. For trimpots you are on your own, due to the underwhelming interest shown. Two extra 2K resistors will be included in the kit to give nominal +/-15V without trim pots.
Just for reference, I ordered enough parts to build a prototype, and the total was $34, plus shipping from digkey and mouser. I didn't expect much savings from a group buy, but it turns out you save a few bucks.
Heat sink pricing is $1.80/pair for a 2" high heat sink 7.4 C/W (I'd originally proposed 1.5") Gengis has a boatload. If you are buying OPA2134's he'll ship them in that package. If you not in on the OPA buy, I will buy them from gengis and ship them with your kits. Just sign up here, Gengis and I will coordinate. If you want heat sinks for other projects, you can get them here or by contacting Gengis through the board.
Just to be clear, a pair is enough heatsinks for ONE regulator board. I don't want anyone thinking that I didn't ship what I promised due to language issues.
