From someone who has built plenty of both amps and hotrods, there are several parallels.... RPM = voltage Torque = current Final drive ratio = OPT's turns ratio Too much RPM has about the same effect as too much voltage...smoke and broken parts.......

It is possible, but I so far not happened to me(smoke and broken parts) and has already spent more than a month after the this hotrods. I think it depends on how well things are made........
