I might have a complete sealed box thats too small?

Never thought of PE but $3 is better suited opp. to $15 - $29. Plus shipping. I might attempt making one from light gauge aluminum. If I can get the critical angle right on the gluing surface it should work fine.

Looks like the largest they have will fit and clear wire. But it specifies woofer, not subwoofer. If its too thin it might make noise. What do you think? Parts Express 5" Poly Replacement Speaker Dust Cap
