Hello, I cannot get winisd pro to show me excursion for this driver. Is anyone willing to run a sim for a br enclosure 11 or 12 cf at a 15hz tune for me? 1000w or so? thanks.

Bjorno simmed a 395L box tuned pretty close to what you're looking for. Check the first page...

Grabbed some Baltic Birch and got everything cut and glued up the front / bottom

Should I double the front face? So it will be 36mm thick...or don't bother and save the wood?

I would, and add at least some bracing. (You don't have to get carried away as I did in this sketch :-).)
