Peavey Black Widow 18" PA subwoofer design

I'll have to look for the goo - in my pile there's two pairs of Peavey whose qes and fs are way out of spec - one pair of 15" coax, one pair of 18" - their spiders felt very stiff

1808 - it sounded ok for a home open baffle woofer with the messed up specs

Wow ur a real hard core DIY, I tried that programs u sent me, I couldn't get it to download properly, so I tried WinISD, on this last try I had my tuning Hz at 41, I thought it was a little out to lunch with my port dimensions, so after try'n out some different Hz levels I manage to make something that seems decent, still work'n with my same box size I dropped it down to 27Hz and wow what a difference, I got 4 vents at 6" x 6" deep, and the box really came together, I think, 41Hz is good for music but being that I'm building this for my movie theater I was able to drop it down which I think will be a great improvement.
