I want to try my hand at horn resp. Still struggling with the rear enclosure volume and also, where exactly does S1 begin?

s1 = s2 upper right corner.

It kinda reminds me of Cubo Sub though it's bigger. You might want to have a look at it for the bracing details. Personally I would loose the corner reflectors, unless they're used as bracing-type, then I would change the size.
