i have one DA300, fantastic amplifier, very good sound, but yesterday is dead...
when i push on button, for one moment left vumeter go to full signal and ampli protection shut off, if i push on off button and restart, idem...is possible have service manual? or full schematic?

Does anyone know how to change these from 220V to 120 V Is it a transformer tap ?

by removing the rear of the chassis, the voltage changer is seen in front and is easily configurable for the required voltage

I you buil a similar amplifier be very carefull .. cooling this amplifier is critical , you may go into thermar runawy quite fast

It is more of a generic interest in how Stax amplifiers have evolved over time. I’m not intending to build this design. The schematic post in this topic isn’t complete. And I would like to see the power supply setup as well.

I’ve repaired DA 100M and DA 80M back in the early ‘90. And worked on their heaphone amps, including the SRA 14S and SRM 1. I have a CA-Y preamp for many years now. And I recently have found a pair of DMA X2 which I intend to connect to my system this weekend.
Of most of of this gear I have the full schematics. It would be nice to have the DA 300 one as well.
