Just remember that in these equations Idss comes in mA. If you want to keep with LTspice convention of using A you have to adjust the linear coefficients.

I am not sure if I am doing this right but when I run this model, I get 11 different traces (for the Vout(t) and the FFT's). However, they all land on top of one another. I would have thought that there would have been some variance in the curves given that there is variance in the Idss.

Can someone take a look at my file?

the way it is set up a model by the name of BF862Idss is being altered by the stepped parameters. All of your fets seem linked to the unaltered BF862 model.

What is your final model and set at what Idss and Vp ?

its the model in the first post.
the bottom version is the most practical one.
you measure and put in Idss as parameter and you get VTO and the rest as output.
Vp depends on your threshold...
