Alan,
those sinks have close spaced fins.
They are designed to be used with fan blowers.
They do not work efficiently without fan assist.
I don't understand what the seller was trying to convey with this !
It does not make sense to me.

Total for $61 something. I just received them. I am sure they are going take 60W each easily. I am using these two to nail onto the wood prototype platform to build my amp. ................
It does not make sense to me.Capable to maintain the Led working on proper temperature without cooling fan will be required.
