In normal operation 1/4W is still ok for the base stoppers - they reach the limit at around 8A per output pair. At this point the drivers are also rather stressed already. Moreover, at around 5A per pair control board over-current protection will trip, so we are safe anyway.

Guys do you Think it's possible to add my own SOA protection board AS i have a PCB which blocking Baang in loudspeaker and turn of output if DC should appear at the output??
The bias connection is there just for that purpose. You should check out Valery's 21 century protection thread. It connects directly to this amp.
