I need a simple scheme of 100W amplifier. I have read a lot of similar themes, but I have not found anything suitable. I found a few but the reading of certain instruments are not working or bad quality.
Offer tested schemes. And cheap.
Thank you.

I cannot get genuine MJ15003/4 or MJ15024/5.I could not be 100W or less. maybe you can say what put in their place?

If you can't get those, then it is unlikely you could get any suitable power transistors to get 100W. MJ2955/2N3055 transistors will only safely get you about 40-50W.

Maybe you have better luck getting MOSFETs, perhaps IRF640 or IRF840 ? If so then maybe you could build Quasi's NMOS200 design using 48v supplies.

Hi
You might want to consider using a bridge circuit with pairs of 2N3055/MJ2955 in each. A pair (2x 2N3055/ 2x MJ2955) will give you 100W into 4 ohms from +- 35V rails and a bridge will give you 100W into 8 ohms.
Can you get MJ21193/MJ21194? They'd make a good 100W/8 ohm amp (singles). Suitable drivers are 2SC2238, 2SA968; 2SC4793/2SA1837 or MJE15032/MJE15033.
