Look here 60-80W Power Amplifier or here http://users.tpg.com.au/users/gerskine/dxamp/ both are 100 watt amplifiers and well tested. See also this thread http://users.tpg.com.au/users/gerskine/dxamp/ .
I suggest that you search this forum and also use Google as there are many tried and tested designs out there.

thanks. now i have some questions:
60-80W Power Amplifier
to what can be changed Q7 and Q8?
and what is BR, SIM1 and SIM2?

If you could cope with 60W, I'd be quite happy to send you a couple of pairs of 15003/4 in T03 free of charge. I have a soft spot for Lithuanians, long ago, I once fell madly, (and unrequitedly), in love with a beautiful young lady from your country.
LOL!!
Did You had a polish one also??
Sorry, no, but if you know of any...
Hmmm...I could arrange you something..for couple of Black Gates
I cannot get genuine MJ15003/4 or MJ15024/5.I could not be 100W or less. maybe you can say what put in their place?
If you can't get those, then it is unlikely you could get any suitable power transistors to get 100W. MJ2955/2N3055 transistors will only safely get you about 40-50W.
Maybe you have better luck getting MOSFETs, perhaps IRF640 or IRF840 ? If so then maybe you could build Quasi's NMOS200 design using 48v supplies.
Here you can get everything you want. Because your country has it's own site.....

If you need new and reliable components.
How many transistors do you need. I also have box full used but still good tested transistors....just pick up the schematic ......

Hi
You might want to consider using a bridge circuit with pairs of 2N3055/MJ2955 in each. A pair (2x 2N3055/ 2x MJ2955) will give you 100W into 4 ohms from +- 35V rails and a bridge will give you 100W into 8 ohms.
Can you get MJ21193/MJ21194? They'd make a good 100W/8 ohm amp (singles). Suitable drivers are 2SC2238, 2SA968; 2SC4793/2SA1837 or MJE15032/MJE15033.
