thanks dj joul , i have seen your work , great build , nice job sir .I don't have pdf. Lay is here: https://forum.cxem.net/index.php?/topic/226328-усилитель-класса-td-ямаха-7000/&do=findComment&comment=3547198
did you ever try to load a 2ohm speaker , how was the heat ?
is a big heat sink heat required ( since the amp is 90% effecient) ?
I didn't test for 2 ohms. A radiator without blowing at such capacities cannot be used. Therefore, even from a small radiator, the cooler will blow away heat. But within reason. For protection and control, I used the following scheme: https://forum.cxem.net/index.php?/t...-мощного-умзч/&do=findComment&comment=3337751
He may have also called it Lightstar.

Yamaha 7000D version 2022. The PWM tracker has been redesigned, self-power has been added as similar as Lab Gruppen, efficiency and reliability have been improved. SPL7 & Lay6 PCB file - see the attach.

I will show you the current version of the printed circuit board, and I would also like to share the idea of increasing the efficiency of the tracker by eliminating "analog" tracking.
The points of comparison of potentials remain the same as in the original, only the power is modulated exclusively by the PWM tracker. Due to the Schmitt trigger in the optodriver, there is no transition of MOSfet keys to "analog" mode of operation.
