I mean IRFP240/9240 are not really complementary devices, it sound horribile in mosfet amp...... BJT Design Sound better compare to IRFP240/9240

I have designed numerous amps with 240/9240 and had good results.
They certainly aren't matched but any differences are taken care of by the amplifier feedback loop.

The 240/9240 are not linear by far but don't need to be in a well designed amplifier.
