500W PA amplifier with Limiter

Hello APEX,
i finished your amp and i am really pleased with the sound.I get 45mv dc at the output.
My problem is that when i connect the output of the amplifier to the protect i get -78mv dc at the output and the protect circuit turns the speakers off.
All connections are ok i have checked many times.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PSU GND,OUTPUT GND and CHASSIS should all be connected right?

You mean the protect of PSU-7 not suitable for S200 & B500???

If not what are the recommended PSU with soft start & protection for those amps??

Dear Apex,

Good day and hope all is well with you and to all DIYERS.

I finally finish my B500 and my rail voltage is +/- 76VDC, but on the testing process i connected Input Ground and PSU Gnd as per your instruction but i'm still getting DC OUT (57VDC).

Please kindly check if i have mistake i attached herewith the pictures for component layout and copper side.

Looking forward your kind expertise/help and thank you in advance if anyone can help.
