Nad C 350, low volume all the time!

Hi!

This amp has a low level all the time no matter how much I crank it up. What could be the matter in your opinion? Bad caps? There's no humming or anything though.

Your responses are very much appreciated.

possibly the volume pot is stuffed

stuffed? You mean stuck? Or clogged with dust?

possibly dust.
but I was thinking that when you rotate the volume pot it does not rotate internally inside the pot, (ie it is mechanically broken).
If you are good with a soldering iron try replacing the pot.
