Where is the load for D2/7 LEDs?

I'm not sure what you mean, but if I guess correctly your question, the load for those led's is the supply line for reference CCS of input stage.

It has very good behavior at HF and it is very quiet.

Why have you use a diode bias instead a more common Vbe multiplier, and could you give as some spec, like OL, CL, DF, etc...

those are diodes implemented in output bjts
