Hi Quaghao,

would you be so kind and create a paper with a step by step guid how to
plan the regulator. For example:

1. fix voltage with Trimmer, in this configuration the voltage can be set
up from ... to ...
2. if you circuit needs 10mA of current then set the Salas reg to a current
of ... and doing this by calculation the resistor R1.

I think this will provide a lot of questions and problems in the future.

P.S. and i forgot... how to calculate the size of needet heatsink could be of
