Awesome, i am getting a heatsink today, hopefully. And i am on the line for PCBs, but if its single sided, etching myself is a good option too.

just slightly

take a look at any of "approved" forum pcb's

in short - gate trace can be narrow

both drain and source traces must be at least 6mm wide
