Rolling Stone Forty Licks.

Mike sounds like he has way too much fun singing all those songs. The old stuff are really good.

On the last page of the little booklet in the CD package, it does not indicate who is the bass player from 1993 to present. I know Bill left but does anybody know who played bass during the last 10 years?

Daniel - which Daniel?

Lord I miss Daniel, oh I miss him so much

Daniel my brother you are older than me
Do you still feel the pain of the scars that won't heal
Your eyes have died but you see more than I
Daniel you're a star in the face of the sky

Audioslave - self titled

started christmas shopping today and ended up buying more stuff for myself then anyone else...

I picked up audioslave - self titled. It is quite an interesting cd. It certainly isn't rage against the machine with a new singer, which I am glad of. chris cornell, formally of soundgarden, heads the band with the former members of rage against the machine minus the singer. It is definately resembles soundgarden much more then rage against the machine, and I like the edge that Tom Morello's guitar puts on the music. It takes the best of both bands and combines them. I like it a whole lot better then chris cornell's solo album a couple of years back, which was kind of dissappointing.

My favorite new cd that I have bought in the last year or so of new music. Worth checking out if you liked soundgarden.
