What to build in a Dynaco A-10 Cabinet?

Good day to you !!!
It's exactly a model of Dynaco speaker, beside i'll send you dimension soon. I really want DIY a amp for my sepaker but i wonder which kind of amp suit for my speaker :

1) Tube or FET\MOSFET ?
2) SE or PP ?
3) What's kind of tube ??? (6C33C, EL 34, EL 84 ...)
4) I has a project such as Power Follower 99c, Zen, Hybrid amp
Pls, could you advise ??? ( not only simple schematic but also good sound )
Tks .

Hello,

Did you manage to measure the value of the choke?

Thanks,

DM :)

Here are my notes from repairing a Dynaco A10 crossover about 8 years ago.

DYNACO A-10 SPEAKER CROSSOVER

The inductor is #18 wire wound on a bobbin of 0.9" diameter and winding length of 1.6".
The outer diameter of the bobbin is 1.73". A rectangular ferrite bar made by TDK is
attached to the inside of the center of the bobbin. The bar dimensions are 0.24" x 0.46"
with a length of 1.625".

One inductor had to be rewound by hand as the wire had sprung off the bobbin. It measured 1.45mH without the ferrite bar and 3.47mH with the bar. The DC resistance was 0.68 Ohms
and the wire by itself weighed 218 grams.

In the second speaker the inductor was intact and did not require servicing. It measured
3.75mH and 0.67 Ohms DC resistance.

The capacitors are Wicon type EC1 bipolar electrolytic types rated at 50V peak. The
measured capacitance and dissipation factor for capacitors in both speakers are listed
below.

24.0uF 0.08 24.2uF 0.08 0.765" dia x 1.88" long
8.32uF 0.06 7.88uF 0.07 0.620" dia x 1.21" long

The woofer is Seas type H3310, marked as 8 Ohms 17 TV-GWB 17/71 (date code)
