2000Hz seems very low for this Mid-Bass Driver

Where would i cross the frequency if i wanted to add a tweeter?

What model midwoofer is it? It could have nasty breakup above 2k that needs to be well down in level so as not to he heard.

Crossover frequency depends on the fr response on axis and off axis. Typicaly you cross it before it starts beaming. Or any cone breakup as fatmarley mentioned. Other important parameter is what tweeter you intend to use.
