Voice Coil (Resistance v. Impedance)

Hi,
On the subject of DC resistance, what if a driver Re is measured at 8,1 ohms, when it is given at 7,2 in the maker spread sheet?
I'm asking since I want to buy a pair of high grade TAD mi-woofer and the seller just gave me his measurement and I'm a bit confused.

Some times multimeters especially low quality ones are unaccurate.
Low quality meter my speaker measures 6.X ohms
high quality meater my speaker measures 5.6ohms
(15inch speaker)

Even if the multimeter is accurate, you still need to subtract the resistance of the leads. That probably don't account for a whole Ohm, but you can't forget for small value reading.
