for the same price of the sb you can get woofers like alcone that will behave much better when pushed hard , but the op seems fixated on the sb
I have bought the SB, how much cost the alcones?
same price 100€

they have better power handling 100Wrms 90db, and sound quality is good too , i own a pair
for the same price you have the seas but sensivity is lower 86.5db

pro woofers with high sensivity should be ok with your 40w amp. what i dont understand is why you want to use 75w amps for tweeters and 40w amp for woofers , makes no sence to me regardless of amp being class a or a/b
OK make sense I will try 75W to woofers and 40W for the midwoofers + tweeters, what do you think of the active Xover for the woofer?
I´ve never seen or used that active xover you have , if it doesnt mess up the source signal too much , should be ok.
If is necessary only changing 4 resistor can be modified for higher output voltage.
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

3V is enough unless you use pro amps that require more output , my minidsp only outputs 2v and i never use it at max volume
