I'm opening this new thread as it seems like the original offer for F5 boards have been burried with F3/F4 info. So here we go:
The F5 amp board has a scoring line and is good for two channels. Price for two channels pcb is USD$15, shipping included, paypal payment to my e-mail address posted here: http://audiosector.com/contact.asp All boards will be shipped by airmail, with no tracking and no insurance and I cannot assume responsibility for lost packages. If you need insurance, please add $7 to your order. One channel F5 board pictured below, output devices spacing exactly as with F4 so the boards are interchangable. Dale CMF50 resistors, available from DigiKey, fit nicely on a board: http://dkc3.digikey.com/PDF/C091/P1890.pdf Since there are very few parts, you may also go with Caddocks and Vishays, or even larger resistors placed vertically, like Rikens in a pic below: The actual layout in attachment:

I found some additional PS boards I acquired from previous group buys; if interested, please contact me.
F5 boards still available, although I'm starting to run low.
