Since tarasque hasn't put the info here yet, this is what he sent me:

"I'm working on a new order for power fets and Jfets for 20 sets and
expecting them any day now.
As the volume and the efficiency is lower, the price is a little higher.
Jfets and TL431 are 2,50 euro per set, the IRFP fets are 3,80 per fet.
This totals to 57,14 euro for one set or 106 euro for 2 sets (including
shipping.)"
