Hi, I have this dual version AK4495EQ DAC and for some reason I get lower volume output than in my other Sabre DAC. Also how someone managed to insert the LME49710HA OpAmp correctly?

According to the LME49710HA manufacture PDF. The leg 8 goes to > pin 8 on the socket - but in my case if I do it there is no sound. If I insert the leg 8 to the pin 1 I get the sound. Something is just not right.

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

On the photo, pin8 is inserted to pin1 of the socket. This should not work. The IC might be damaged already.
