Hi all,
Currently buy a Krell KPS25s WITH 110v/60HZ INPUT and need convert to 220V/50hz. Inside there are 3 swichs, is only a change of position or is need a chip change like in the 300 or 400 amps? Your help is very apreciated, Thanks! Rubén |

Flipping all 3 switches is all you need to do. There is no issue with the 50/60Hz difference.

Du you know the position for 220V, are 2 2 2, point to the side of bank capacitors? Thanks! Rubén |

I haven't done a KPS25, but I can tell you that the KPS20i did not have all three switches in the same position for each voltage. So, I can only say that if the unit is currently properly set for 120V, you need to flip each switch to the opposite position each is currently set.

Hi all,
I change the position of the input switchs and they unit power on and read frecuency error, so..... I pulled the eprom AM 27C010-120DC 5B and in the next day fix the 60hz . Any one know if the eprom or the program is the same that Krell use in the Krell 400 integrated amp? Anyone have the program? Thanks! Rubén |
