Hi stewin,
My old design, i was tested with common PCB and sound not good more noise so i discarded my design change to carrier based one. i use some part for my new class d.now i saw this thread it is great.so anyone can change this and design a good PCB don't ask me why i change L1 value(changing uH sound is good)some mistake is in my schematic i know that.Good luck
Regards

what voltage did you use and was the outputs heating ?
i use only 60 0 60vdc at 8 ohms. the mosfet still cold without heatsink only inductor coil has slight heat

has anyone tried +/-90vlts dc
I used +/-75v and 4r with irfp4227 and zetex buffers between fets and IRShas anyone tried +/-90vlts dc
willing to share the schematics and pcb? looks like 2 pairs of mosfet with totem pole.My New PCB , IRS-2000D , will be IRS-3000D if used +/-130V .
wicked amp for low impedance load

Yeah , 2 pair mosfet for 1 channel , will load 2 Ohm at +/- 130V max , 3000W .
I'm not yes draw the sch , i can share my PCB , i'm remake of Detex IRS-3000D .
This is Layout

are you sure it will work with that voltage?? what fets are you planning to use??

That information from Detex .
I 'll used IRFP460 .

Hi thienchay,
you are not connected a diode from junction to -VE rail it is must for class d amp
Your PCB is look good

Thanks , you can show me that . Maybe i have some mistake

at 130v if you could swing it rail to rail and without any lack of current will give you 1056w into 8 ohm.At what rail voltage will give 1000w into 8ohm's ?
i do think it's better to bridge the 8 ohm if you're looking for that much power. 63v rail into 8 ohm bridged will yield 992w.

by the way thienchay will you bridge the amp at that high voltage +/-130vlts.
guys i have decided to go back to basics fully discreet .i liked this amp but the only set back was it never handled well high voltage the outputs were heating . but if i have to bridge at low voltage like +/-55vlts i prefer this amp to the others here are my layouts . i have ordered smd resistors but before they arrive here is what i am up to. i will post components and bom later. have fun
