looking for pmh3000 behringer power mixer schematics

Hi everyone,

I'd like to find pmh3000 behringer power mixer schematics, in fact just power amp section.

I'm just curious about the way they implement class d topology in their power mixer.

I've just downloaded pmh1000 Schematics (N and P mosfet halfbridge for 200W/4 ohms)

can someone help me finding this schematics ?

I have't once this unit for repair, not sch, but i remember it uses 2*IRFP640N with 4 diodes (paralel-series), drived by some integrated ic (like tc429, smd), optocoupled with some BP ic, feedback after the filter (20uh+1.5uf), many smd caps for decoupling vcc.

self-osc (aprox 500khz at iddle), half bridge..., +/-70v, photos soon....

Is it using different output stage than PMH1000?

Yes, indeed; is totaly different...
Tommorow i will make some photos of this unit and i will atach to this forum. Just for curiosity... pcb is multilayer (maybe 4, but i'm not sure)

HCA8001AIB, HCPL0611, ICL7667, T130 gray core, IRF640N with series scottky and fast paralel diodes, bootstrap 12v floating source...
