Which pins on the processor have voltage that's significantly different than the voltage on the diagram?

ey you did fix it or find the problem i got the same problem and when i checked the board i found a cap blown right in the center is aside the 6 leg chip
( M 847..... 1228)next to it was a cap blown just one, i replace it and still doing the same thing were i go now or were i look.....
