amp has burn marks on board at component u30d20a "mospec". The amp, when only b+ and main ground are applied turns on and shows voltage on the remote. . No remote power applied. Amp powers up and power led is green, no protect light. This part is perhaps the neg. rectifier? Here's the readings on that part powered up;
pin #1 .034 volts pin #2 -105.7 volts pin #3 .035 volts [IMG] [/IMG][IMG] [/IMG]

what is the amp doing? is it producing any sound?

i might have factory wave soldering issue. there are many areas that need solder still. ill get u an update when i get it back together. and yes it has audio timwebb. very low power.

is it ok to sub a small 10mf 50volt for a small 10mf 100volt in a class d amp?

top right section of above picture #2. all four caps were folded over and all had one leg each broken off the board. strange. they are all about a half inch tall and a quarter inch diameter. thanks

i have didrect replacement for 2 out of four. the remaining two i only have 100volt ratings not 50volt. all the new ones will fit well.

those should be the voltage regulators. depending how much voltage is on them u might get away with it. but it would be best to use the 100v caps.
