When you are totally handicapped like me this will do too :Styroflex-Kondensatoren - Bauelemente / Bauteile - Sortimente - Passive Bauteile - Pollin Electronic
This are old style styroflex, mostly non magnetic. I measured some 6,8nF and they where from 6,6nF to 7,2nF so i can get a lot of pairs.

Bürklin stocks FKP2 as 1% types. More expensive though: 1€ for a single, 56ct from 100 up.

Here are pictures of how far i came. I use a mix of FKP2 10nF, RIFA PPS 1nF and the mentioned Pollin Styroflex so it is a mixed dielectric.

I do not know. Some parts are ordered that are missing but not here yet.
Frans, can i use 6.2V Zeners and D44H11, D45H11 in the PSU ?

before engaging the servo...I would rough trim the offset by adjusting the current set in either the upper or the lower current mirror, not so much to avoid offset at output, but to ensure that the servo dosen't have to unbalance the currents in the gain-transistors too much

Yes, the zener is good (depends a bit on the input voltage). D44H11 and D45H11 is what I use.
