Sorry for not responding earlier, I've been busy. A couple of weekends ago, I built a MLTL prototype for these. I got bass down to the mid 30 Hz range but without BSC, it's not quite balanced.
I have a minidsp on order, rather than deal with passive crossovers. When it arrives, I should have something to report.
From initial observations,
1. The driver is smooth with a nice rolloff. Definitely some promise and shouldn't be too hard to integrate.
2. Not quite dynamic enough for my tastes as a single driver. I'd suggest more drivers per box.
FWIW, I have four 8 ohm and four 4 ohm versions of these drivers on hand, as well as a number of SS and tube amps on hand. So once the minidsp arrives, I should have more results to report on

any updates on these drivers? I'm thinking about building an mtm with a vifa d27tg tweeter that I already have
