^ I don't know, but have noticed that CRDs have gotten really expensive... one reason I bought a few from Housing a year or so ago (1n5314 IIRC). It seems like many of the JFET producers are MD'ing their products. Probably too little demand.
As Housing mentioned, you can use JFETs, and you could bias one with a resistor to achieve the right current; that is all that a CRD really is anyhow. Some other FETs that have been popular for this are 2N5484/5/6. This article may be helpful: Biasing Op-Amps into Class A
