Now all done I think
Controller schematic:
Controller PCB:
Linkwitz Transform with preceding 2nd-order high-pass filter:
I decided to leave the filter in, as it can be wired out and some people might want it.
On both boards I've allowed the use of three parallel components for where values will be non-standard, so that the ideal value can be reached to a good degree of precision.

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

Ant, yes unless I can get a big order these boards will have to be hand made. I made my own UV exposure unit and make PCBs at home. It can be a bit tedious but it's way better than stripboard.
If you want to get into PCB making I'll give you guidance. If you don't maybe I can make you a board.
zei, yes full details will be on my website soon

Filter and LT schematic for info: note LT values not put on yet.

Added RF input filter and added missing trace:
With luck I should be able to get the boards developed tomorrow, not sure if I'll have time to etch, drill and tin them.

Looks great Rich. Let me know how much you want for your troubles please.
Boards now etched, drilled and tinned Just need trimming.
Ignore the soft start board, that's one for me.
Ant have you tested the sub yet so you can work out the values for the Linkwitz Transform?
