All looks good to me. I really don't mind how they come so long as they have the LT.

Give me your thoughts on how to do this and I'll follow suit.

I decided to leave the filter in, as it can be wired out and some people might want it.

On both boards I've allowed the use of three parallel components for where values will be non-standard, so that the ideal value can be reached to a good degree of precision.

Ant, yes unless I can get a big order these boards will have to be hand made. I made my own UV exposure unit and make PCBs at home. It can be a bit tedious but it's way better than stripboard.

If you want to get into PCB making I'll give you guidance. If you don't maybe I can make you a board.

Yes with a couple of links it can be wired as a unity gain buffer.

One more question: could these be used to provide the 6db BSC for teh woofer? I would like to design a 3 way that uses an active element to boost the woofer level by 4-6dB, then a conventional passive XO. Would this design work for that?

You could use the LT board for that, but it would be a bit of a round peg in a square hole, requiring links and wasting the potential of the board, i.e. proper board would be a lot smaller.

I've only got preliminary values for the LT based on modelling. The drivers are out of the cabinet and I doubt I'll get a chance any time soon to test.
