I'm open to improvements; usually they come through experimenting. A constant current sink as you pointed out, may work better.
I solder critical components on some small pegs in a way that I can easily change them, or pots for some resistors.
The circuit is nothing new, typical PP for this kind, I've seen many of the same topology with small differences.
I will build this amp for sure. We can always exchange ideas and share experiences!
