I bet you haven't done a google search yet. There's at least a dozen of German
retailers on the internet. Check Phonophono, Nadelspezialist, William Thakker
and some others more. They also carry replacement styli for AT MM cartridges.

I could not find any dealer having Nagaoka or Grado MI on stock.
I assume an MI should give the same output as a MM. Need to replace an aged Audio Technica MM system.
