It says available in three versions: 1000, 2000 and unlimited pins.
I just did this in Eagle.

I received a great deal of help in designing the TDA7297 board from "danielwritesbac" member. He's been great at leading the way!
The power supply can be used with either LM317/LM338/LT1083/LT1084/LT1085. You need to take care of the output side of the board if using LT regulators as they can oscillate under certain conditions. There's also a load resistor to keep the regulator at about 50mA idle, also a snubber option if anyone wants to fuss with that. If you install a LED on the PS then you don't need any on the amp board.
The amp board has an option for dual rail supply, or a single one through the diodes. Also there's another hole for smaller input caps on the amp board. I didn't put any notations on the amp board as I made it for myself and I know what's what. But shouldn't be too hard to figure out. You can use the design if you wish, for yourself. I can provide the gerber files that I used.

I've actually mislead you there, the Design Spark software is free but it's not as easy to use as Express PCB.

For one off's I use Express PCB. The PCBs from their service aren't cheap but that's OK for one offs. I just print them and etch my own anyway.

Certainly not! I am making a BOM, with descriptions, and schematics.
