Found three different versions for time<->db jitter formula -

- 20log(Jw/4) where w is the angular freq meaning 2piF cMP² | CMP / 03Jitter
- And same as above except w is just freq in Hz. Jitter explained - Part 1.4 [English]
Each would obviously yield a different result so which one is correct ?
