Where did you get your Stator material?

Check ebay for wire, its cheap. I am going to get magnet wire i think. Does anyone know the pro's and con's of useing magnet wire or regular PVC or Teflon insulated wire??? If you look hard you can find 1000ft for under $40

Maby a bit thin but you get lots for cheep.

Edit: and if you find pictures or red magnet wire stators they look quite spectaclar.
