I checked the price to send a small package from the UK to Italy and it is 20 UK Pounds so about 23 Euros. Not cheap and this is the slow service based on a package less than 1Kg,
On top of this is the actual machining cost. I can provide the contact details for a machine shop if none of the other ideas work out.

In my country have a manufacture heatsink what accepts custom orders . The heatsink would anodized after be made, but the amount you need is little I think not viable.
Looks like I might be the only one with the right manufacturing method for the size and quantities. Let's see whether Jeff can CNC the profile for TO92. 
Someone asked about the pic in post'15.
That was NOT the heatsink, but a heat spreader to provide a large flat surface to connect to a large heatsink, which sits on top and covers the entire PCB. I have over 8W to dissipate in that design.

Hi bcmbob but that site seems to be specialised on water cooling only, I cannot find anything interesting to what I need.
And this is what I need...
I have a fanless system where all sources of heat are cooled by taking the heat through cooper pipes from the heat source (CPU for instance) to the computer box. The computer box is made of solid steel.
I changed the graphics card, which came with proper pipes, for a different card, the Nvidia Quadro NVS 450.
The problem is that I cannot attach the pipes to the heatsink that comes with this graphics card for which I would need a custom made heatsink where |I could attach those pipes.
So that's the question... Do you guys know where could I get my design of a heatsink to be made of aluminium.
