What can I do with these Fairchilds?

What can I build with these ?

I have four each FQA12P20 & FQA19N20c
& matched quads FQA16N25c & FQA12P20

bought them years ago and dont remember
why I did.

No I will not send them to ZENMOD for
proper disposal !

These would be suitable for any of the designs that typically use IRFP240 & IRFP9240 or IRFP9140. The M2(x) comes to mind, as does the F4.
Plus the F5 and F5m

The F4 and the Pass SONY (diy) are my favs.
BTW I bought two Pass SONYs from the store
and only built the one. So, watch the swap meet

IIRC, the FQA12P20 and FQA19N20c were the original parts for the F5 and M2.
