Also try to get at least a minimum of 2 gigohm resistance range, as 470 megohm to 10 gigohm is not uncommon in tube circuits jer

10 Gigohm? Are you sure about that? 10-20 megohm, yeah now and then but I don't ever recall anything larger than 22 megs in any of the stuff I've worked on. If you sneezed on the PC board it would be less than 10 gigs. Heck, fingerprints might be less.

 
Yes, 1.0 gigohm to 2.2 gigohm is not uncommon In basic tube audio circuits.
Anything higher is usualy found in in H.V. supply's and T.V. circuits.
I have spent many years repairing such circuits.
Tube circuits are getting harder to find,but they are out there.
Some good examples are of guitar amplifiers and commonly found in the preamp sections ,as well as ,rf preamps in table top sets .
Old Heathkit circuits are another good example. jer
