I tested the heater as QE06/50 and it should take 0.9A but this takes 1.08A. Pretty close...Hi ! I have some QE06/50 that looks like that ! it is similar to the 807 ! and wellcome to the forum
The fact that you can see the heater glowing in full suggests that it is a directly heated type; that rules out the 807 and other IHT types.
I have seen that type of cylindrical wide mesh anode in some industrial diodes, but can't recall the types right now. Try to spot any grids in the inside, that will narrow the search significantly.

AF2 AF2 from the 30s prewar and in nice condition but i cannot think its philips made
its a HF penthode/selectode
edit its suposed to glow at 4 volts instead of 6 . note the grid around the outer metal supports probably some sort of RF screening .
