OK...Altro canale sounds like other channel, so PS filter voltage drops probably are for two ECC88's and I should double-check my math. I think I overlooked that with my phone calculator first analysis.
I am reading the transformer secondary approximate 'need'(or available to builder) as 180 vac 300 mA with similar current rating for 10 H filter choke...but S/10 is still a puzzle for me. Maybe S is first letter of an Italian word that was in the original article.
