Hi,

2 x Quality 3 Way Crossover Filters for Speakers 400W | eBay

Not a good idea. Its too simplistic. Wrong x/o points for the drivers.

2x KEVLAR LOUD SPEAKER CONE 6.5" 16cm 250W MAX 8 OHMS HIFI WOOFER 902.423 | eBay

Not a good idea. Substantial for the price but not much else.
The quality of the drivers (skylab) is an unknown quantity.

Peerless SKO130 5" Bass/Mid KEF B110 alternative | eBay

Reasonable, but using two 4ohm mids is not a good
idea due to several reasons, not least of all expense.

Peerless DT-105 / LR10DT 25mm dome tweeters PAIR | eBay

Decent tweeters.

Overall the original 6.5" 2 way you posted will work a lot better than the
above, which will requires zobelling and L-pads to be added to stand
a chance of working well, and even then the x/o points are all wrong
for the above drivers.

There is also a 8" 2way :
Speaker kit 3 : Peerless SKO204 + DT105 + crossovers ! | eBay

Another very good value kit.

Bass driver specs :

Impedance: 8 ohms
Sensitivity: 92db
DC res (Re): 6.1 ohms
Power: 70 watts nominal
Resonance (Fs): 40hz
Frequency range 38-5000hz
Compliance (Cms): 0.78 m/N
Moving mass (Mms): 17.8 g
Qms: 4.23
Qes: 0.47
Qts: 0.43
Vas: 58.2 litres
Force factor: (Bl) 8.11
Baffle cutout: 186mm diameter
Chassis diameter: 224mm

That is probably your best bet. A 40L box tuned to 35Hz should work
very well. Something like the Audionote AN-E box (its rear ported) :

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

If that is too big go with the 6.5" kit. 20L tuned to 40Hz is good.

Sreten thanks for your reply , but as they say fools rush in .
ive ordered the speakers but changed the cross over to this one
ebay 230781332299
hoping to more closely match xover , the 2x mids to connect in series for 8 ohm,
had to order speakers now to get the mdr free and get cut to match speaker requirements,
I thought i could house drives now with rough xover and make xover later
I have sound meter , hoping I could signal gen from pc would that work ?

Hi,

To put it bluntly your going to end up with something that sounds
like garbage compared to building the good value 8"/1" 2 way.

Well, there are two ways of learning and you've chosen
what I consider the initially very frustrating approach.

I wonder how you have arrived at the speaker boxes for this ?

Pair of Quality 3 Way Crossover 400w RMS 8 Ohm Speakers | eBay

The previous choice is far better value for cannibalising components.
