To make 27 Hz and more than 99 real db -is a hard work.
With a price for 200 USD.
Many German and Europe spweakers have print 96-97 db, but it's no truth.Real 90-89 db.
This problem was be where i was try to buy the speaker for forstex 96 db.
This speker made not for concert work, the silk-paper cone is give soft mechanic sistem and well for tube eqipment.
But if you need to make more - you may use horn sistem or double speakers ?where speaker after speaker.
99+3 db = 102 db. Or open dufle or in closed box.
Closed box is may be near inside 90-120 L.
